What do you buy?

Used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories from PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Sega, and most retro platforms. If you don’t see your platform in the price list, you can still list items as free-text on the submission form.

How accurate are the listed prices?

The listed prices are firm if your item matches the condition you selected. We may adjust if the actual condition differs from what was submitted — but we’ll always confirm before completing the transaction.

What conditions do you accept?

Complete-in-Box (CIB), Loose, Working, and For-Parts. For-Parts items must include a photo so we can give a fair quote up front.

How does the prepaid label work?

Choose "Prepaid label" on the submission form. After we review your items (usually within 24 hours), we email you a label within 12 hours that you can print and attach to your package.

Where do you offer free pickup?

Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, and surrounding parts of Durham region. The submission form will check your postal code; if you’re outside our area, you can still ship.

How do I get paid?

Interac e-Transfer to the email you submit with. For local pickups we can also pay cash on the spot.

What if I disagree with the offer?

+

No problem — let us know within 7 days of receiving the offer and we’ll ship your items back at our cost.

Is my information safe?

We only collect what we need to complete the transaction (name, email, phone, address for shipping/pickup). We don’t share or sell customer data.
