Selling to XPGames is straightforward. Here's exactly what to expect.
Look up your items
Use our price list to find what we pay for each item. Prices show separately for New, Complete-in-Box, Missing Manual, and Loose conditions — so there’s no surprise.
Browse the price list →Submit a list
Fill out our quick form: pick items from the catalog (or type them in), choose the condition, and add photos for any damaged items. Then choose how to get the items to us.
Start a submission →Ship or schedule pickup
Three options: ship at your own cost (provide a tracking number), get a prepaid label from us within 12 hours of review, or — if you’re in our service area — we come pick it up for free.
Get paid
Once we receive and verify your items, we send your payout via Interac e-Transfer. Cash for local pickups if you prefer.
Why we ask for photos
For damaged or non-working items, photos help us give you the most accurate quote up front instead of revising after we receive them.
Our guarantee
We won't lower your offer once received unless the items don't match what was submitted. If we can't agree, we'll ship them back at our cost.
